Plate Heat Exchanger
In the food and beverage industry, plate heat exchangers are used for pasteurization, sterilization, and cooling of products like milk, juices, and sauces. - They are also employed for heating or cooling water for various food processing applications
Heat exchangers are used in many engineering applications, such as refrigeration, heating and airconditioning systems, power plants, chemical processing systems, food processing systems, automobile radiators, and waste heat recovery units

The working principle of the plate heat exchanger consists, in summary, of a closed chamber through which pipes, including pipes and other fluid paths, circulate, allowing a liquid to circulate in the other without mixing. Pipe walls should generally be made of stainless steel.
